When to upgrade

You’re ready for Pro when you want Recon44 to actively block attacks rather than just surface them in your dashboard. Pro turns on real-time blocking for SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), server-side template injection (SSTI), remote code execution (RCE), and path traversal — as well as brute force and bot protection. If your site is live and handling real user traffic, Pro is the right starting point.
Move to Business when you need to demonstrate security compliance. Business adds tamper-proof, hash-chained audit logs that meet the evidentiary standard for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, plus the ability to export evidence directly from the dashboard. You also get a second website, 90-day log retention, and Telegram or SMS alerts for your on-call workflows.
Scale is the right choice when your team is growing and you’re managing more than two sites. You get five websites, team seats so colleagues can access the dashboard, unlimited log retention, and a 99.9% uptime SLA with priority support — important when security infrastructure needs to be contractually reliable.

Billing: monthly vs annual

All plans are available on monthly or annual billing.
  • Monthly billing — Pay month-to-month with no commitment. Cancel any time.
  • Annual billing — Pay for 12 months upfront and save 20% compared to the monthly rate.
You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings at any time. If you switch to annual mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Annual billing is a straightforward way to reduce your costs if you know you’ll be using Recon44 for the year ahead. The 20% discount applies to whichever plan you’re on.

How to upgrade your plan

Open your dashboard

Log in to your Recon44 account and navigate to Settings in the left sidebar.

Go to Billing

Select Billing and plans to see your current plan and available upgrades.

Choose a plan

Click Upgrade next to the plan you want. Review what’s included, then confirm your selection.

Enter payment details

Add or confirm your payment method. Your new plan activates immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
